Timothy Hill

Teaching: Ancient Frame Drum and Tympanon

Timothy Hill grew up singing with his family and playing trumpet and drumset. He went on to study percussion in University (Colorado, USA) with a focus on orchestral percussion and jazz drumset.

He had worked as a musician in funk, blues, jazz bands and orchestras in the US and Greece. Professionally he plays trumpet and percussion, composes, and teaches music and he currently plays with his Mediterranean Folk Jazz trio The Carryons, with swing bands, and writes and directs musicals.

Timothy loves learning new instruments, practicing and performing music, and collaborating with others on new projects.
